The methodology of "Energy Concepts" is

• Make an effort in the beginning of the project
• Investigate multiple solutions, including innovative solutions
• Work with "total economy"
• Optimise at three levels:

1. Reduce the demand for heating, cooling, electricity
   and ventilation
2. Use energy efficient distribution systems and local energy production including renewables, and finally
3. Supply the necessary heating, cooling, electricity and ventilation in the most efficient way using renewables.
